Situated on the edge of Chipping Norton is a perfect position being both 'rural' but having the heart of Chipping Norton less than a gentle ten minute walk away.

Situated on the edge of Chipping Norton is a perfect position being both ‘rural’ but having the heart of Chipping Norton less than a gentle ten minute walk away.
Seven bedrooms, detailed in the Additional Information, a cinema room, hidden bar, heated swimming pool, hot tub, gym and some secrets to be kept until you stay.
When it came to designing the bedrooms the owners thought it would be wonderful to have some fun so each of the bedrooms is completely different; a unique experience for every guest. The problem … which one to pick … Tropical, Zebra, Pink, Botanical, Safari, Golden or the seventh bedroom suite in the Coach House above the gym?
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Two double bedrooms with kingsize beds, next to the family bathroom, one kingsize bed ensuite, two super king en-suites and the master bedroom with walk in walk in wardrobe and en-suite plus the Coach House annex which is a self-contained flat which has an en-suite super king bed plus open plan kitchen and living area.
Rates:
From £3,250.00 per night peak July & August and £2,950.00 off-peak.
Two night minimum stay September – June and a three night minimum stay July and August.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Two double bedrooms with kingsize beds, next to the family bathroom. One double bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite. We have two more double bedrooms with super king beds and ensuites. One master bedroom with walk in walk in wardrobe and ensuite. An annex which is a self-contained flat with a super kind bed, kitchen, living area and ensuite.
Babies & Infants:
Babies are welcome. We have two high chairs and two travel cots. We do not allow any colouring pens, crayons, paints of any sort to be used in the house.
Practicalities & Equipment:
We have ample private parking behind closed gates for up to 8 cars. The house is well equipped with state of the art Wolf Range cooker, coffee machine, two dishwashers, microwave, hot tap, washing machine and dryer, Sonos speakers, Wifi throughout, flat screen televisions in every room, SKY with every channel including SKY Sport
Private Catering:
We can recommend tried and tested private chef to come and provide a full three course dining experience.
