We are not a booking platform – although we have the technology to enable instant booking when that is an owner’s choice – but a business build on Concierge principles to provide our clients, our owner’s guests, and our owner partners with a bespoke service.

We pride ourselves on being transparent, behaving with integrity and not viewing the world through a purely transactional lens. We cherish building strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect and love working with like minded owners; natural hosts who want like us to deliver wonderful stays and amazing experiences for our clients.

We are very well engaged with Private Travel Designers and Concierge & Lifestyle Management Consultants, not just the UK but globally, whose high and ultra-high net-worth clients appreciate our in depth knowledge and discreet personal service. But we can also place and manage property on third party sites like The Plum Guide, VRBO, StayOne and AirBNB and can deploy tools like Dynamic Pricing when applicable. And all our owner partners can take advantage of our Cotswold Passport and unique discounts from the likes of King of Cotton.

We embrace technology but are not ruled by it and we will never use AI to replace human interaction.

We have some wonderful partners who help us deliver a peerless service to our clients but we are always looking for other likeminded partners to join our ‘family’ to help us deliver wonderful stays for our clients.
