Refund protection is available as an option at a cost based on the value of your booking, around 7% of the full booking value.
We do recommend you include this option in order to get a full refund of the purchase price should you or anyone in your party be unable to attend due to the following reasons; and more;
- Injury or illness happening to you, or a member of your immediate family
- Adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings
- The mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked event.
