Javelin Cottage is an archetypal Gloucestershire cottage sitting against a backdrop of ancient Cotswold woodland and overlooking Grade 1 parkland. Recently renovated throughout, the house offers period charm with all the modern comforts; a fully equipped kitchen, new heating and hot water systems, bathroom and high speed internet.
The ground floor has a large sitting room with a wood burning stove and a similarly sized dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with double doors that open onto the terrace outside and there is also a WC. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms (one of which can be configured as either a double or twin) and a family bathroom. Outside there is a terrace with a table and BBQ with steps leading to a further entertaining area with views over the park.
You are invited to roam the entire estate * apart from the gardens of the other rented properties and the grounds around the main house, which is the owner’s private family residence.
The bedroom has 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen, down duvets, feather pillows and super restful pocket sprung mattresses and the bathroom has 100% Egyptian Cotton Towels, Rituals soap, shampoo and shower gel.

There will be a Stancombe Park Welcome Hamper including Champagne, smoked salmon and a selection of locally sourced foodie items.
