Cherry August 2024 ***** It's so nice. It's a very quiet space with a large lawn and orchard. It's a happy place to stay here. It's full of amenities. Everything you can think of. There's a 10-minute drive to other towns. It's a big supermarket. It's very convenient to go to other towns. We don't want to stay here. We don't want to stay here. We don't want to stay here. Mona August 2024 ***** A week passed so quickly at the charming Stables barn of the Ampneyfield farm. The barn is so clean, furnished and decorated so elegantly and equipped with everything one might need. My sister and I spent a memorable and wonderful time here and preferred most afternoons just to stay relax and enjoy the sun under the apple tree in the comfy garden furniture provided for us by Ian. Not only spoiling us with such a treat, Ian also provided us with wonderful recommendations of nearby walks, interesting places to visit and restaurants and cafes. We went to the Buford garden center upon his recommendation and what a heaven for garden lovers. We almost covered all the towns and spots recommended by him and found them so picturesque and worth the drive. Ian is always available to help and get out of his way to provide advice and assistance I am so glad to have the opportunity to spend time in his barn which I’ve already recommended to friends and family. Communication was excellent and the space was comfortable and quaint. Air conditioning during very warm days in July ensured we were comfortable during our stay.
Mallory July 2024 ***** We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Milking Parlour near Ampney Crucis! Nestled in the peaceful scenery of the Cotswolds, this Airbnb home felt like a hidden gem. The location was conveniently located near several points of interests, but still felt serene and private. The accommodations at the Milking Parlour are pristine, and the home is beautifully appointed and comfortable. The way the entire common space in the home looks out on the beautiful scenery really highlights the natural beauty of the property. Our host, Ian, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He provided so many helpful recommendations, and even stopped by to drop off some local beers and wine for us to enjoy during our stay! We are so grateful we found this rental property, and can’t wait to return! I cannot recommend this property enough!
Emily July 2024 ***** We adored our stay at Ian's place! We rented both the Stables and Hay Barn, and they were the perfect choice for our family for a long weekend. We were three adults and two small children. Ian was beyond helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and with giving us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and activities around the Cotswolds.
