Glebe House Notgrove is a very tastefully and sympathetically renovated former rectory sitting in a quiet location on the edge of this pretty southern Cotswold village with views across classic rolling Cotswold countryside.
There are three reception rooms plus a large open-plan kitchen-dining room with an original flagstone floor. There is underfloor heating through out on the ground floor and the whole house is a cosy retreat in the winter months but a light and airy one come spring and summer.
The seasonal heated swimming pool is a quite a new addition with electric retractable safety cover and is heated to 28 degrees when open.
In walking distance, via footpath, of the The Plough Inn, the local dining pub in Cold Aston, Notgrove also has it’s own lovely community cafe that is even open for a Sunday lunch.
