The Lodge has three individual reception rooms, a superb dining and breakfast room, a stunning courtyard garden and a first floor roof terrace – overlooking the surrounding Cotswold countryside – all designed to help you to unwind, to relax or to celebrate a special occasion.
Although the kitchen is not open for guest use, a full English breakfast plus cereals, croissants and fruit salad is included in the rate. In the evenings, if guests prefer to eat in, The Lodge can organise a chef and team to cater and if a ‘home-cooked’ lunch, or sandwiches, etc. is desired The Lodge may be able to arrange this in-house on request.
The 11 individually styled en-suite bedrooms are all decorated and furnished to a high standard with remote control beds, coffee making and entertainment facilities.
With its own secluded private gardens surrounding an enclosed courtyard with barbecue – available April to September – and outdoor dining… the perfect retreat. For those keen to explore, The Lodge has 27 acres of private woodland walks and the village of Winchcombe is on your doorstep. Winchcombe is a charming and historic Cotswold village, famous for Sudeley Castle, and has a high street of independent retailers, cafes, restaurants and a must try deli; and the regency spa town of Cheltenham – renown for its annual festivals and racecourse – is close by.
