College Lawn is on a quiet street overlooking the College Ground of the famed Cheltenham College the heart of the school’s sporting endeavours, and having a Cheltenham Day House to one side and a school office on the other it is one of the most private and well located houses in Cheltenham.
Cheltenham is a perfect base to enjoy and explore the Cotswolds having excellent dining, cultural, sporting, wellness and shopping experiences in short walking distance and yet only a five or six mile drive to rolling hills and classic country pubs.
The house provides five bedrooms over two floors and can come with a live-in housekeeper and chef, an on call concierge to make even last minute arrangements for you and a ten-seater Mercedes Sprinter at your disposal for the duration of your stay. Or you can bring your own staff.
The on-line bookable tennis courts at Montpellier Gardens are a 13 minute walk away and the superb Cheltenham Lido, founded in 1935 and boasting an Olympic 50m long heated pool, is only a five minute walk away.
Cheltenham is an elegant Regency Spa town that is home to some of our favourite Cotswold restaurants, Cheltenham’s excellent regional theatres like the Everyman, the excellent Jazz, Science, Music and Literature festivals and of course the famed Cheltenham Racecourse.
