We are blessed with some of the best culinary practitioners in England here in the Cotswolds or close by so we can create the perfect culinary masterclasses be it for a day, a long weekend or even a week and embracing all genres, styles, taste and dietary preferences. Classes for children and budding chefs, classes for masters who want to hone their skills or learn new ones, we have the perfect tutors in our infamous Rolodex. All the chefs that we recommend we know personally and they have cooked for us, cooked for an owner of cooked for a guest and have been highly commended. The chefs are a mixture of styles some preferring to work in a more informal 'family' group way like Masterchef Finalist Koj but all are masters of their game and great people to learn with.

Our roster of Chefs for masterclasses include:

• Koj
  • Half Japanese, half British, in 2012 Koj was a finalist on BBC1's MasterChef, a dream-come-true experience in itself but also his springboard out of a career in finance into a new life in food. He now works as a chef, food writer and cookery teacher; with a specialism in Japanese cuisine.
• Paul Barnard
  • Tailor Made Top Nosh was founded by Paul Barnard in 2009, following over 40 years of experience, ranging from top 5* London hotels, his own Michelin starred & rosetted restaurant as well as one of the most highly rated gastro pubs in the country. So relax you really are in very safe hands!
• Ryan McClean
  • Ryan's mission is sharing his love of food, one of the greatest joys in his life, and with the help of his Level 3 Sommelier wife Kat can help you elevate your palette and appreciation of fine wines, which often does not mean those with a 'fine' price.

We have Foraging Masters, Vegan Masters as well as Game and Fish Masters, Baking and Pudding Masters and even Pizza Masters; who are universally popular with children. And as a big part of the Cotswolds is the great British outdoors we naturally have some great Barbecue Masters. And our Masterclasses can be a one off or a week long multi themed immersion into food and flavours and can reflect all beliefs.
