Luxury Cotswold Rentals is a deliberately small and niche luxury private house rental agency. Initially created by us – Nigel and Maria Stengard-Green – for our own property, it has slowly grown as like-minded owners have found us and asked to join our select portfolio.
So not only do we know The Cotswolds like the back of our hand, we know every property and every owner personally, so we can be the best guide to The Cotswolds for our guests.

The Luxury Cotswold Rentals difference is based on hand picking the best holiday cottages and private country houses available, whose owners pride themselves in creating a home away from home that is a world away; and our unique Concierge service.
Because we know each location and property intimately – and know all our owners personally – we can answer any question and guide you to the perfect property or destination; be it for the ideal venue for a celebratory weekend or the drop dead location for a very memorable Cotswold vacation.
And we deliberately have quite a small selection of properties – only properties we love and which have committed and caring owners – you can be assured of a wonderful stay in a very special place in a very unique part of the world.

The Warmest of Welcomes
When you arrive you will find that the owner’s housekeeping team has expertly prepared the house for your stay; stocked with the essentials and furnished with soft towels, beds made up with high thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen and complimentary toiletries. And the rental rates are always inclusive, so no extra charges for taxes, utilities, pool heating or internet access. And before you ask, all our properties have WiFi as standard.
The Housekeeper, or Property Manager, will be there to meet you, guide you around the property, answer any question and leave you with the keys. And they will be on hand during your stay to answer any further questions and troubleshoot in the – very unlikely – event of something not working quite as it should.

And being based in the Cotswolds for over a decade ourselves we have an in depth knowledge of this most special area, to ensure you have an inside track. Hence being able to provide our guests with our unique Cotswold Passport and bespoke guide to The Cotswolds, with our new App. And you can contact us any time as we will be available throughout your stay for advice, help and guidance.
