This beloved and buzzing market has won Best Farmer’s Market of the year twice and is an old favourite with the locals as it also is Gloucestershire’s first ever market of this kind! It is now organised by Fresh n’ Local (LINK) who also organise farmer’s markets in Stow, Swindon and Gloucester.
When & Where: Every Saturday 9 am-2 pm and Wednesday in Cornhill Market Place & Surrounding Streets

The Ecology Centre Farmers’ Markets are festive, family-friendly, open-air marketplaces where California farmers bring fresh, locally-grown produce and farm-processed foods to sell directly to consumers. The markets feature fruits, vegetables, nuts, baked goods and much more. Often, musicians entertain the shoppers, and special events are scheduled throughout the year. The Ecology Centre are committed to supporting small-scale farmers who practice sustainable agriculture

North Berkeley Shattuck Avenue Thursdays - 3 pm – 7 pm

In the beautiful old town of Chipping Norton (chipping is old English for market) in Oxfordshire stalls with delicious, fresh, locally produced food come directly from farm to you! There is a unique selection of hot speciality coffee & espresso based drinks, freshly roast & ground coffee beans, and coffee house plants!
When & Where: 8.30am - 1.30pm on the 3rd Saturday of the month in the Market Place
Outside Cavendish House a string of stalls line the street sells a range of produce including various meats and charcuterie, fruit and vegetables, desserts, preserves and pickles, cakes, bread, cheese and plants. Among the many respectable retailers in Cheltenham the market provides a great opportunity to sample and buy locally grown and made produce from Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.
When & Where: 9.00am to 2.00pm on the second and last Friday of the month on the Promenade.
The farmer’s market in historic Woodstock (close to Blenheim Palace) you can find chutneys, smoked cheese
home-made filled chocolates, soups, sauces, fresh pasta made from local and seasonal ingredients and even Scottish fudge! A local deli also provides home-made vegetarian savouries. Craft stalls sell handmade & naturally dyed textile goods - bags, cushions and purses. Woodstock has something to offer to everyone!
