Cotswold Park Soul Weekender, 23-25 February 2024, Cotswold Water Park Hotel, Cirencester, GL7 5TL
A relaxed jazz, funk and soul weekend with some of the finest DJ’s held at the Cotswold Water Park Hotel, set in stunning Gloucestershire countryside with some of the finest walks and water-sports nearby. Accommodating only 600, this is one to book now! Confirmed for 2024 is Diggin’ for Diamonds, Emma Noble and Carmy Love and Ned Ashcroft alongside DJ’s such as Paul Morrissey, Gavin Page and Bob Cosby.

Cheltenham Jazz Festival, 1-6 May 2024, Cheltenham, Glos
Cheltenham has become home to one of the country’s best-loved jazz festivals, with over 20,000 music fans visiting each year and a Jazz for Schools programme with unique opportunities for youngsters.  Artistic curator, Gregory Porter, has worked together with a team to bring together top artists for 2024 including Jack Savoretti and UB40. As with previous years, up and coming artists will feature with a number of free events through the programme. The festival takes place in a number of indoor and outdoor venues in this thriving spa town in the heart of the Cotswolds with its main events situated in the two gardens;  Montpelier Gardens and Imperial Gardens.

Wychwood Festival, 31 May-2nd June 2024, Cheltenham Racecourse, Cheltenham GL50 4SH
Now moved to its new venue, Cheltenham Racecourse, the Wychwood Festival has something for everyone, considered to be one of the best family music festivals around. Its new location means far less walking from campsite to arena more time to enjoy the music and fun. The 2024 line up has still to be confirmed but last year saw Travis, Happy Mondays and Sam Ryder headlining. The Headphone Disco will take place each night from 22.30-02.30 with a range of workshops, activities and shows through the day.

Forest Live, 4-5 July, Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, GL8 8QS
A truly remarkable setting amongst over 2,500 species of tree, the Arboretum plays a vital part in research and conservation whilst also being a breath-taking setting for concerts.  If you’ve ever attended a concert here, you will agree it’s a very magical place and festival goers are relaxed, friendly and in awe of the surroundings. Headlining in 2024 is Gregory Porter and Anne-Marie. The festival offers a VIP Package, The Glade, with full access and a premium view of the front of the stage as well as a private bar and food options.

Cheltenham Music Festival 6-13 July 2024, Cheltenham, Glos
Part of the Cheltenham Festival programme, The Music Festival is now confirmed for 2024, and the full programme line-up will be announced in March 2024; showcasing a mix of orchestral, chamber and choral concerts, contemporary composers and newly commissioned works. Set in the town’s regency buildings, including Cheltenham Town Hall, this festival offers the best of classical talent all within this thriving Cotswold spa town. There is a huge programme planned for local schools with the intention of engaging a whole new generation to the power of classical music.

2000 Trees 11-14 July, 2024, Upcote Farm, Cheltenham, GL54 4BL
Established in 2007 by a group of music festival veterans with a simple passion for music in a family-friendly environment, 2000 Trees is at Upcote Farm in Withington just outside Cheltenham. Easily accessible from Cheltenham Spa train Station (they run a shuttle bus service). Day tickets, glamping and VIP offers available. The 2024 line-up alongside The Gaslight Anthem includes Manchester Orchestra, Kids in Glass Houses and Boston Manor.

The Guiting Music Festival, 19-28 July, Guiting Power, GL54 5TX
This will be the 53rd Music Festival to be held over 10 days in this stunning unspoilt setting high in the Cotswold hills near Stow on the Wold.  It really is a secret gem of a festival.  Held in a 250-seater marquee, there will be an incredibly sophisticated line of up open air jazz and blues concerts. Guiting Power, a village in the heart of the north Cotswold countryside in the Windrush Valley, is also home to award winning pubs, The Hollow Bottom and the Farmers Arms, and is very close to a number of outstanding market towns and villages if you also want to do some exploring.

Wilderness Festival 1-4th August, Cornbury Park, Oxfordshire
Known for its incredible experiences, this festival offers delicious culinary delights to ground breaking workshops, creative crafting and controversial debates which will push boundaries. Something for everyone. Accommodation includes a boutique package. The line-up for 2024 is soon to be announced and if 2023 was anything to go by, it will be magical. Soul Circus Wellness & Music Festival, 15-18 August 2024, Hollow Farm, Elmore Gloucestershire GL2 3SG
A wellbeing focused festival, with music, yoga and holistic therapies combined with glittery festival antics and after parties. The festival offers an array of glamping opportunities, both furnished and unfurnished.  2024 will be its 9th year and promises to be the best year yet.

Big Feastival, 23-25 August 2024, Alex James’ Farm, Kingham, Oxfordshire OX7 6UJ
Firmly established on the festival scene, the Big Feastival is a version of Glastonbury with lots of wonderfully delicious food thrown in.  Nestled on Alex James’ idyllic Cotswold Farm, this event brings together top bands alongside Michelin star chefs and an array of incredible street food. A family-friendly, action-packed weekend with past headliners including The Human League, Stereophonics, Sigrid, Raye, Tom Grennan and Blossoms as well as some inspiring Djs.
