Lansdown Parade Cheltenham

ENQUIRE

A classic Regency townhouse in the heart of the renown Cheltenham Spa, the quintessential English Spa Town.

Cheltenham, famed for being one of the most complete Regency towns in England and historically the original and most fashionable spa town, is less than a hundred miles from London; situated between the beautiful Cotswold Hills and the stunning Wye Valley.

20 Lansdown Parade is a fine five bedroom, four bathroom terraced Regency Townhouse close to the original Regency heart of Cheltenham, Montpellier and is surrounded by formal avenues and beautiful garden squares. Despite Lansdown being so central it is in a quiet leafy location.

Laid out over four floors the house is a classic English townhouse configuration with a raided ground floor providing the main living space and kitchen breakfast room, which gives you access to the courtyard garden. The Lower Ground Floor has a home office and meeting or relaxing space with high fidelity set up and the fifth bedroom with adjacent shower room; from which you can also access the Mediterranean courtyard garden. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms – one en-suite with bath and shower – on the first floor and the second floor has the final bedroom with freestanding bath and a basin.

Being so close to the heart of Cheltenham everything is in easy walking distance and our unique App guides you to our many dining and drinking recommendations. Use the Additional Information button to see more about Cheltenham and the local area.
