• Initial call or email to book and explain process (choice of Meat/Fish/Veg/sides)
• Half an hour with Chef, talk through dish: cuts, seasoning, cooking time, favour enhancements, pairings, wine suggestions and more
• Steak Lovers can peruse the dry ager, with tempting t-bones and fantastic fillet - add flair and flavour to your meal, with pro tips from the chef
• Complimentary Tea & Coffee whilst you peruse & chat (Guiting Power - garden only, Gagingwell - small bistro & bar)
