West End Kingham

A truly stunning eco-friendly family house set in a little over three acres on the edge on the uber popular Kingham village with everything – two dining pubs and village shop – in easy walking distance; plus Daylesford and Kingham Main Line [direct service to London Paddington] are also within around a 30 minute walk.

The house is great for children with a large sturdy outdoor playground, in-ground trampoline  and the natural swimming pond is fenced. There is also a goal post for kick-arounds and the property is discreetly tucked away on the north west of the village down a long gated drive.

The living is mainly open plan but there is a snug, with flat screen off the drawing / dining / kitchen and a really large cinema room on the lower ground with a full size screen; plus a children’s playroom next door.

The guest / staff cottage whilst not to the same level or style as the main house is however very well appointed and has been styles with care and love.
