Manor Farm is a traditional Cotswold stone farmhouse with original parts dating back to the 1650’s, enlarged in the 1750’s, and recently renovated with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms.

SAPPERTON
The house is situated in Sapperton, a small hamlet, perched on the edge of The Golden Valley, and adjoining the Bathurst Cirencester Park Estate. There is a well known pub, The Bell Inn but no shop however Sapperton is only five miles from Cirencester and six miles from Stroud, both of which have every supermarket; and Stroud also has a famous Farmer’s Market and a new covered Food Hall.

Manor Farm sits in attractive established gardens with beautiful sweeping views of farmland to the front. A large heated swimming pool is set within a walled courtyard with a substantial covered loggia for dining and smaller loggia for shaded seating. Within the grounds is also an old traditional asphalt tennis court, not in the greatest condition nor up to a Wimbledon standard but ideal for kids or adults to enjoy relaxed games. The adjacent outbuildings and barns are part of the property but are simply used by the owners as storage and are not occupied by others.
