Brook House is a richly styled central village house close to the renown market town of Tetbury. It is set in a large walled and gated garden next to the village brook that runs along the garden edge.

Brook House has great entertaining space with four reception rooms plus the large kitchen breakfast room that opens out on the the south eastern facing terrace. The house has six bedrooms and four bathrooms albeit no stand up showers except by the ground floor staff [standard] bedroom.

The village has two dining pubs in walking distance, Tetbury is only three miles away and Minchinhampton golf course is less than a mile away.
