The Little Pickle was set up in 2014 by two people with a huge passion for great food, excellent service and homemade pickles. Since then Alex and Jess have been providing bespoke private catering and pop-up dining events in the Cotswolds and further afield. Our ever growing range of pickles and chutneys have been received with great success in several stores in the Cotswolds and food fairs across the UK.

Jess has always been passionate about delicious food and great service. After finishing a degree in Interior Architecture she decided to move abroad to follow her passion for food and travelling. She worked for 5 years as a chef in the French and Austrian Alps as well as Portugal, Mallorca and Gibraltar. Gaining lots of experience and finding her own style while experimenting with local cuisines. Jess also completed a stage at a one Michelin starred restaurant in Birmingham where she was able to relish the buzz of a busy service and explore a new area of the hospitality industry.

Alex’s catering career started as a chef for an event company based in London, gaining experience working in a number of different events of all styles and sizes. Following his time in London, Alex decided to combine his favourite passions, cooking, travel and skiing and spent the next five years working in some of the best luxury chalets of the French and Austrian Alps as well as some fantastic Mediterranean villas in Mallorca and Portugal. His time away allowed Alex to develop his own unique style and tailor-made approach to all his dishes.
